Really enjoyed the podcast. What trainer do you use? What are your thoughts on spin classes?
Hi Tammy! I’m glad you liked the podcast.
I use the Cyclops fluid trainer. Here is a site is all about bike trainer reviews: http://biketrainerreviews.com/
I haven’t gone to a spin class myself but I have some friends that say they are an excellent workout and it’s motivating to have an instructor push them. I think having a scheduled workout (spin class or friends that workout with you, etc.) makes sticking to a winter time fitness plan that much easier. Because it’s not always easy to stick with!
